Homeland Security Delays Bobbleheads Entry!

Okay.. that headline may be a BIT exaggerated, but according to OurSports Central, a shipment of Chris Carpenter Bobbleheads (Pacific Coast League's Memphis Redbirds) got delayed at the U.S./Canada border and didn't make it for "game time"...

"Memphis RedbirdsMemphis, Tenn. – Chris Carpenter made a successful transition between countries when he came to the St. Louis organization from Toronto, but his bobbleheads were not so lucky.

The Carpenter bobbleheads, slated to be given away by the Redbirds on Monday, were held up at customs.

The first 1500 fans through the gates will still get the Carpenter bobblehead; vouchers for the bobble will be distributed at tomorrow’s game and can be redeemed from April 29-May 13 at the BackStop Baseball Emporium."
